Cancellation Policy

Services are provided on a month-to-month basis and clients may cancel their service at any time at least (30) thirty days in advance of any upcoming recurring payment. When canceled according to these terms, the upcoming recurring payment will constitute the final payment due for services rendered. All services are billed in advance. Meaning that you, the customer, is billed before services are rendered.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks are PROHIBITED and will be prosecuted to the FULLEST extent of the law. Ravin Taught Me should be compensated for all deliverables, intellectual property, and the work that is performed on your behalf. If a chargeback is committed it will be treated as THEFT OF SERVICES and will be handled as such.

No-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Ravin Taught Me. We strive to provide high-quality digital products, services, and educational resources to support your success. Please review our no-refund policy below:

1.Digital Products

All digital products purchased, including e-books, templates, and downloadable materials, are non-refundable. Once purchased, you gain immediate access to the product, and as such, refunds are not available.

2.Services Rendered

Services, including but not limited to business consulting, coaching sessions, and personalized advice, are non-refundable. By engaging our services, you agree to our terms and conditions, which include no refunds once the service has commenced.

3.Webinars and Live Events

Registration fees for webinars, live events, and workshops are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may receive a recording of the session if available, but no refunds will be issued.

4.Courses and Training Programs

Enrollment fees for courses and training programs are non-refundable. Once enrolled, you gain access to course materials and resources, and as such, refunds are not applicable. In certain cases, we may offer course transfers or credits at our discretion.

5.General Terms

We do not offer refunds or credits for any products, services, or events once purchased or booked. If you have any concerns or issues, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address them in accordance with our policy.
